3 - 5 Year Club Development Plan Meeting
For a while now the club and your executive have discussed developing a 3 – 5 year business plan. I am happy to advise you that Steve Griffiths, the I.R.B. operations manager for strategy has kindly agreed to help Malahide RFC develop such a plan. He will do this by facilitating a workshop in the club on Monday 25th January from 8pm to 10pm.
The Session will look at the following
Malahide Rugby Club “as we were” (where we have come from)
Malahide Rugby Club “as is” (current position)
Malahide Rugby Club “to be” (where we want to be)
The session will examine all aspects of the club including rugby and all support functions to enable our rugby goals.
ALL MEMBERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND – WE NEED YOUR INPUT!
As a result of this session we will have a list of actions, commitments and recommendations which will enable the club collectively to move forward towards our goals.
We have been fortunate to secure the assistance of Steve Griffiths in developing our plan, and it is imperative, for the future of our club, that you attend and take an active part in the workshop session, as it’s outcomes will decide the future direction of Malahide R.F C.
