Senior Rugby

Malahide RFC will field 3 Senior teams for the 2008/9 season. The firsts will play in Leinster League Division 3, the second team in the Metro J2 league and the third team in the Metro J4 league. There will also be an U20 team playing in the JP Flannigan Pennant. The teams trains on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30 at Estuary Road, Malahide (Click here for Map)

LINEOUT

Facilities:
The new clubhouse at Malahide contains a top class Strength and Conditioning Facility including weights, spinning bikes, rowing machines and a plunge pool. The Facility was developed by fitness experts to meet the needs of a modern top class rugby team.

TEAM

Ambitions:
Malahide RFC have strong ambitions to become a top flight rugby club. This has been demonstrated recently by competing in the Leinster League again. The club hopes to gain promotion to division 2 this season. As a result, the squad is looking for ambitious and focused players to join. As well as this, the club is anxious to hold on to its well-known friendly atmosphere. Players new to the game are always welcome, in particular those who are new to the area.
