Strength and Conditioning Room

The Room is now open to Full members only.

Initial opening hours are: 5:30 to 8:30 from Monday to Friday and 13:00 to 15:00 on Saturday. These hours will be reviewed on an on going basis.

Members cannot use the Room while teams are training in them.

All members wishing to use the Strength and Conditioning Room are recommended to do an assessment and to sign a waiver and pre exercise questionnaire PAR-Q. The cost of the assessment is at a reduced rate of €50 (normally €80) and takes approx an hour, and members will receive a strength and conditioning programme.

To ensure we get the safest and best use out of the Strength and Conditioning facility we are asking members to take responsibility when using equipment and make sure everything is in order when they leave the room.

No-one can use the room without signing in, so please do not let people in without a signature.

Physio Room

Gerry Tyerrel will run a Physio clinic in the club (in the triangular room down stairs), initially on Monday and Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Members will get a discounted rate of €35 per session (€40 for social members) and preferential scheduling - guaranteed 1st session within one week. Players will receive free triage and advise sessions and treatment on Tuesday nights for a 2 hours period (during the Rugby season).
